I am a licensed massage therapist and Reiki master. My journey began when I enrolled in a Reiki Level I class just to see what it was all about. Reiki has been referred to as “meditation delivered with the hand.” After the first day I was hooked! I fell in love with energy work and wanted to do more to facilitate healing, so I enrolled in the massage therapy program at Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, TN. Their training focuses on providing healing for the mind, body, and spirit. Energy work combined with massage therapy can be very powerful.
