Rooted in the 8-limbed tradition, our classes integrate physical form with deeper spiritual grounding — accessible to all backgrounds and beliefs.

Ashtanga Yoga
Disciplined. Breath-led. Unapologetically strong.
This traditional sequence builds serious strength, stamina, and mental resilience through repetition and precision.
For students ready to work and commit to growth.
You’ll leave focused, powerful, and sharpened from the inside out.
Gentle Yoga
 Give yourself permission to slow down.  Build mobility, breath control, and steady strength through slow, intentional sequencing.
For anyone who wants a slower grounded practice.
Iyengar Yoga
Precision-based alignment with attention to detail and intelligent use of props.
Great for beginners or anyone refining their form.
You’ll leave stable, supported, and confident in your body.
Mixed Style Yoga 
A balanced blend of strength, stretch, and mindful flow.

Build strength, alignment, and steady breath through intelligent, creative sequencing.
Accessible for beginners. Strong enough to grow with you.

Vinyasa 2
A more dynamic flow designed to challenge balance, endurance, and focus.
Best for students with some experience who want to deepen their practice.
You’ll feel powerful, clear, and steady.
Yin 
Slow. Deep. Intentional. Improve flexibility and joint mobility while calming the nervous system.
Perfect for all levels, especially if you need restoration or recovery.
You’ll leave relaxed, open, and reset.

Stroke Recovery Yoga with Dr. JR Kille

Stroke Recovery Yoga is a type of yoga that is specifically designed for individuals who have suffered from a stroke. It is a form of therapeutic yoga that focuses on helping stroke survivors regain their strength, mobility, and balance. Stroke Recovery Yoga incorporates specific poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices that are tailored to the needs of stroke survivors.

Stroke Recovery Yoga is based on the principles of traditional yoga, but it has been adapted to meet the unique needs of stroke survivors, so our class will be mostly seated.  The practice emphasizes gentle movements and modifications to traditional yoga poses to accommodate physical limitations and disabilities. The goal of Stroke Recovery Yoga is to help stroke survivors improve their physical function, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance their overall quality of life.

 

 

This class will meet for one hour every Thursday at 10am.
