Shaman Shane has made his own personal smudge blend from the starter batch given to him by the Medicine Woman who trained him as a Shaman. He has always taken part of the existing mix and put into the new batch to create a line of energy back to his original training and from that back to the tribe it came from. It uses Sage to drive away the negative, Cedar to all in the good, and Tobacco to give thanks to the Spirits for the blessing received.
