Full Moon Sacred Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony

On this full moon, amplify your intentions and healing with this sacred cacao and sound healing ceremony led by Alyssa Marie.

This ceremony will consist of smudging, meditation, breathwork, intention setting, cacao rituals honoring the Spirit of Cacao and the Mayan custodians of this sacred plant medicine, and more. The sound healing portion will use genuine crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, gongs and vocals.

We will use pure, ceremonial-grade cacao straight from the source: Guatemala.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable and cozy.

We will sit on the floor on bolsters during the cacao ceremony, however a chair can be provided if needed.

Sound healing is best received lying down, so for that portion you will lie down on a yoga mat on the floor.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. And you're also welcome to dress up to get in the ceremony mood. Whatever feels best for you.
