Kaitlyn Teague, RYT 200

 

I took my first yoga class 21 years ago, at just 17 years old. Over the years, my practice came and went, but I always found myself returning home—to my mat.

 

It wasn’t until after the birth of my daughter, via emergency C-section, that my practice became a consistent and essential part of my life. In that season of recovery, I felt broken—physically and emotionally.

 

Yoga became my healer.

 

It rebuilt my strength not just in body, but in heart and mind. That renewed inner strength inspired me to follow a long-held dream: to become a yoga teacher.

 

I completed my training here at Sage Studio, and I’m honored to now share this practice with others. I look forward to helping you connect with your own strength and discover all the ways yoga can support your journey.
