I believe in Energy. I believe that there is more unseen than seen. We are made of energy. Everything is. You can feel it. You can touch it. It is the key to which everything works. I believe that by being mindful and good stewards of this energy we can change our life, our circumstances and our health.
In 2009, my brother was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. He was in pain constantly and the only thing a sister could do was lay her hands on him and pray. This always made him feel better. He was the first person to tell me I had "healing hands". It is because of him, that after he passed away, I sought out to be a Reiki practitioner and healer. It is my great desire to help people in any healing way that I can.
On my path to being a healer I found myself drawn to the beautiful relationship Native Americans have with Spirit and am currently studying Shamanism. I can tell you that I have never felt closer to God. I have found God everywhere that I look. How could I not, He's everywhere, in everything, in everyone, in me.

Reiki
is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
30 minute session $45
60 minute session $80 (includes 30 minutes of energy work and time to discuss our session.)
Shamanic Healing
Technique
is my personal favorite. The sacredness and ritual involved make for a powerful healing session. This method of energetic healing was developed by Shaman Shane Knox, and is based on the elements. It is about restoring a person to their natural state of wellness, rather than shifting them out of illness. A powerful healing session that includes drumming to clear your aura and smudging.

Clear and bless your home or business by smudging. The smudge contains sage and cedar, sacred herbs that when lit together leave your home smelling wonderful. The smoke from the herbs carry the prayer of the blessing for your home.

We are vibrational beings living in physical world and in today’s society it’s very easy to be out of sync. In my work I use sound and energy to activate and tune your chakras. Our goal being, to align your higher self to your physical self, allowing you a sense of ease and grace in your life.
